Not Able to Enroll by December 15, We Can Still Help You Get Coverage

We know that most of you have been working hard to complete your enrollment application for health insurance through the Marketplace program. Even though the December 15 enrollment deadline for coverage beginning January 1 has passed, we don’t want you to miss out on your opportunity to enroll in the Marketplace plan.

Despite your concerted efforts, you may have encountered delays due to heavy traffic to the state’s company website, maintenance periods, or other issues with their systems that prevented you from completing the process on time. Do not worry if this happens to you; you may still be able to get coverage through Insurance Shopping as soon as January 1.

We are here to help you!

Call our licensed agent at +1 855-913-1570 (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; closed December 25). 1-800-855-0511 (TTY).

Inform our customer service operator that you have been trying to enroll and explain why you could not complete it by the deadline. They will explain what you can do to complete your enrollment application and still get coverage for 2021.

Don’t delay signing up for the health insurance coverage and the care you need. We can assist you in completing your enrollment.
